The association organized, in cooperation with the East Mall, the “Be aware be understanding” event on April 18, 2019. The evening program included activity shows, in addition to musical performances by children from the Emirates Autism Association, and special choral performances for children from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Special Education, Awareness lectures on 101 indicators for autism in English, Arabic and Filipino from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Special Education. The most prominent event was the display of robots that the student, Ahmed Al Neyadi, controls from the association.
